About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior BI Developer to join our team. As part of the team, you will be primarily working on the development of BI solution for the ongoing and new projects
1. Design, build and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
2. Utilise DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and other SQL languages to make data visualisation more efficient.
3. Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of Power BI reports.
4. Liaise directly with clients to support various projects
5. Aiding with the sales and consultancy processes by helping to design and recommend appropriate solutions to potential and existing clients
6. Installation of and configuration of Power BI gateways
7. Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
8. Provide timely solutions to issues
Requirements
1. Overall 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer, including DAX and/or SQL coding.
2. Able to take complex data points and tell an insightful story through a set of visualisations using Power BI
3. Experienced in SQL
4. Confidence to make decisions and deliver at pace
5. Professional and aesthetically pleasing reporting style, considering the attention to detail
6. Team player and willingness to learn and explore new tools and technologies
7. Strong analytic capabilities
